Great Book

As the only monographic study of a remarkable artist, this is an
indispensable book for Cuban painting followers. One of its sure
assets relays in the outstanding sample of Acosta Leon's works, most
of them unknown and kept far from the spectator's view, in a wide
variety of personal collections. Besides, the author offers precise
information about the painter's biography, which helps to understand
many details of his creative process. The peculiar history of an bus
mechanic, that conquers Europe's acclamations, is at least a sign that
something special distinguish to Angel Acosta Le�n. Finally, the book
it's also an excellent compilation of the best critic's reviews
related to Acosta's work. In few words, a very thorough work about a
singular Cuban artist.

Excellent book

An extremely educational book. Full of details and very descriptive. The author proves to be an incredible connoisseur of Cuban art. The images are breathtaking. If you enjoy Cuban art, I highly recommend this book. Really enjoyed it!
