Bodybuilding - Not just for competition.

Everyone wants a good body. I always though that body building was just a sport for a select few who had the will and the discipline to develop a lean, mean and awesome looking physique. That is true. But what I learned in The Ultimate Bodybuilding Guide is that even the rest of us wusses can benefit from bodybuilding.
I enjoyed the throwback to bodybuilding - how it got started and progressed to this day. One of my biggest takeaways from this book is that bodybuilding is a lifestyle built on nutrition, training, mentality and supplements. Robert also tackles the myths that surround bodybuilding and addresses each one.
I enjoyed reading this book. Bodybuilding for competition may not be for everyone, but bodybuilding for a good and healthy body should be - besides who doesn't want to turn heads?

Interesting book that helps everyone. Five star!

This book is perfect for anybody (including myself) on learning how to build muscle and get into shape really. Has a pretty good workouts program and lots of great advices and techniques that explained well. Also I can say this is inspirational. It made me easy to understand the basics to weight training and also give great incentive to making fitness a life choice or habit. And, many of the basic movements presented here are new to me and as a result if I apply this, my coordination may be challenged at times. The author also has also a fitness clothing lines and its cool to know. I can’t wait to follow and apply this it to my own style and live with a healthier life and confident. And of course, I will keep practicing and rehearsing the movement pattern and soon I can achieve my goal. Recommended!
